Part-Time / Full-Time Providers

Support seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities (DODD) in daily living while promoting safety, dignity, and comfort. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals, as well as helping with home management like meal preparation, grocery shopping, light housekeeping, and participation in recreational activities.

Non-Medical Transportation Driver

Ability to safely transport clients or patients with mobility challenges to and from daily activities and appointments. A valid Ohio driver’s license is required. Drivers must be courteous, patient, professional, and maintain a neat, clean appearance.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and are comfortable using GPS and cell phones for navigation and communication. CPR and First Aid certification are a plus. All candidates must pass a mandatory pre-employment drug screening.

Office / Clerical

Office/Clerical – Service & Support Administration. Candidates should be comfortable with basic office equipment (phones, copiers, fax), friendly, and able to multitask and learn new software quickly. Some duties may require occasional work outside the office.

Responsibilities include supporting individuals and families, helping develop and monitor Individual Service Plans (ISPs), coordinating services and referrals (e.g., Social Security, Medicaid, guardianship), and helping ensure clients’ health, safety, and access to resources.

Adult Day Staff

The ideal candidate is committed to providing quality vocational support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in day programs and community work or volunteer settings. This role includes transporting individuals to community activities or job sites and supporting personal care needs when required.

We’re seeking caring, motivated staff who enjoy teaching skills that promote independence, job readiness, and community inclusion. Experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right candidates.
